Nutex Health Inc. is a technology-enabled healthcare services company with two divisions: a Hospital Division and a Population Health Management Division.
The Hospital Division implements and operates innovative health care models, including micro-hospitals, specialty hospitals, and hospital outpatient departments (HOPDs). This division owns and operates 21 facilities in 8 states.
The Population Health Management Division owns and operates provider networks such as Independent Physician Associations (IPAs). Our Management Services Organizations (MSOs) provide management, administrative, and other support services to our affiliated hospitals and physician groups. Our cloud-based proprietary technology platform aggregates data across multiple information systems, settings, and sources to create a holistic view of each patient and provider, allowing us to deliver greater quality care more efficiently.
What do we specialize in?
Nutex Health is the premier innovative service provider in the emergency care industry. Our specialists provide unparalleled expertise with the knowledge and competency to make your vision a reality. You can trust Nutex Health to deliver a turnkey process from real estate acquisition, design, and development of the ER facility to staffing, training, and operations.
Nutex Health’s association of specialty hospitals offers elite, individualized medical care 24/7, 365 days a year. In addition to ER services, specialty hospitals have the ability to observe patients overnight or admit them for an extended stay. Our facilities utilize cutting-edge technology and innovative medical treatment, including drug and alcohol detox services and behavioral services.
Our consortium of Hospital-Based Outpatient Departments (HOPDs) offers top-tier outpatient emergency services 24/7, 365 days a year. Every Nutex-affiliated ER uses state-of-the-art equipment and effective, proven methodologies to yield accurate and precise results when treating patients. All HOPDs are equipped with onsite imaging and laboratory units.
An Independent Physicians Association, or IPA, is a business entity that unifies groups of small physician practices, reducing overhead and allowing them to act as a whole when making business decisions.
Managed Services Organizations, or MSOs, offer providers valuable resources to enhance their capabilities, such as administrative support and practice management services. MSOs benefit hospitals and physician groups by centralizing business functions.
