Joshua DeTillio is a healthcare executive with over 20 years of leadership experience in Healthcare Administration in investor-owned, public, faith based, and non-profit healthcare companies in the United States.

Beginning in 2023 Mr. DeTillio started as the Chief Operating Officer for Nutex Health.

Mr. DeTillio has worked for several large public hospital companies including HCA, Tenet, and CHS.  For the last 13 years he has served as the CEO of three different hospitals in Florida including several successful turnaround efforts.

Josh has demonstrated success in collaborating with and leading boards and physicians to drive growth, improve culture, and deliver results on stated metrics in highly competitive markets. He is an accomplished leader in company strategic planning, health system operations, patient safety, and business development tactics. Mr. DeTillio is an engaging relationship builder with proven success in building highly effective leadership teams and developing a culture of teamwork and accountability.

Mr. DeTillio received his Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point. He earned a Master of Business Administration from Vanderbilt University, as well as a Master of Public Health from Harvard University. He also is a Fellow (FACHE) with the American College of Healthcare Executives.

Prior to his work in Healthcare, Mr. DeTillio served for five years in the US Army. As an Artillery officer, he served in various units including time in Oklahoma, Georgia, California, and Tennessee.
