Billing Manager
Renita began working in the revenue cycle of the healthcare industry in November 2010. Since then, she has taken on multiple roles and responsibilities, such as negotiating insurance contracts with insurance companies, billing, insurance follow-up, collections, provider enrollment, appeals, denial management, and performing audits. She later transitioned to a Business Analyst position within the revenue cycle where she worked with internal stakeholders to develop and implement clinical strategies and programs with the initiative to improve the overall health care system.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with my family and being an all-around sports mom.
