Director of Revenue Cycle
Ms. Marlatt is a self-motivated, personable finance and operations professional with 24 years of experience in multiple areas of revenue cycle management and healthcare operations.
She began her career in the medical field 24 years ago in the patient business services department. Ms. Marlatt's expertise has always been patient customer service satisfaction, and to provide cost effective solutions for the provider of service as well. Substantial analytical ability has cemented her as a cornerstone at all the companies she has had the pleasure of being employed by. She has worked front end processes of healthcare facilities: check-in, (insurance verification, collections, billing, and management) to the back end.
Ms. Marlatt successfully managed the revenue cycle of a surgical hospital billing company and used her healthcare experience to redevelop the billing/collection processes for an oil and gas safety company that was eager to streamline processes for effective revenue reimbursement. Now, she is currently serving as Director of Revenue Cycle for Nutex Health.
She has a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration and is currently enrolled in LSU’s Flores MBA Program.
