Ms. Marlatt is a self-motivated and personable finance and operations professional with over 24 years of experience across multiple areas of revenue cycle management and healthcare operations. She began her career in the medical field in Patient Business Services, where she developed a strong foundation in patient financial interactions and administrative processes.
Her expertise centers on delivering exceptional patient customer service while implementing cost-effective solutions for providers. Known for her strong analytical abilities, Ms. Marlatt has consistently been a key contributor to organizational success throughout her career. Her experience spans the full continuum of healthcare operations, including front-end processes such as patient check-in, insurance verification, collections, and billing, as well as back-end revenue cycle functions.
Ms. Marlatt successfully managed the revenue cycle for a surgical hospital billing company and later leveraged her healthcare expertise to redesign billing and collection processes for an oil and gas safety company seeking to improve efficiency and reimbursement outcomes. Since 2019, she has served as Director of Revenue Cycle for Nutex Health, where she continues to drive operational and financial performance.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration and a Master of Business Administration from Louisiana State University’s Flores MBA Program.
