Sarah Wallace joined Nutex Health three years ago, where she has built an exceptional human resources team that supports both the corporate office and hospital operations. She has implemented policies and procedures designed to drive excellence, promote consistency, and strengthen organizational culture.
She has over 20 years of progressive, hands-on HR experience in technology and healthcare, with a strong focus on behavioral health. Through her leadership roles, she gained valuable experience managing organizational change, developing and implementing policies, leading talent acquisition, coaching, training and development, benefits administration, performance management, and ensuring compliance with employment law.
While meeting the organization’s needs, she has a keen desire to do what’s right, not what is easy, and is energized by collaboration with colleagues.
Sarah holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Houston and maintains an HR certification.
