Corporate Controller
Trent is a Certified Public Accountant with a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Central Michigan University. He has 30 years of professional experience, including Vice President of Finance for Shell Catalyst & Technologies, a $1 billion company, and Corporate Controller for Cornerstone Chemical Company, a $700 million company. Additionally, he has held various financial positions with LyondellBasell, Shell Oil Company, PwC, and Dow Chemical. In October 2024, Trent began his new role as Corporate Controller at Nutex Health.
As a well-rounded finance professional, Trent excels in leveraging analysis, providing insights, and employing strategic team approaches to drive organizational efficiencies and improvements. He utilizes his leadership skills to address complex issues across financial, operational, human resource, and commercial domains. He develops high-performing teams by tapping into individual strengths and likes to lead by example.
His areas of expertise include strategic planning, organizational leadership, commercial deals, productivity improvement, auditing, finance operations, business partnering, manufacturing, profitability and cost analysis, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
